Cancellation policy:
- Firm reservation is valid after paying an up-front deposit amounting to 25% of the total price of reservation, but equal at least to the rate of 1 night:
- If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be returned. If cancelled later, a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the deposit will be applied.
- Christmas and New Year stays: If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be returned. If cancelled later, a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the deposit will be applied.
